However, you want a stable virtual office address for marketing material, business cards, and commercial register? Occasionally it would help to make a gesture and offer clients a meeting at your own office, even if they might not be coming too frequently, or you just meet and then walk on to one of the many nearby Café´s )?

Are you mostly working on project sites, directly with your client or in your home office? Would you like to make use of a permanent regional base in Europe, independent of individual projects or clients?
You could enjoy your own desk w/o any bureaucracy, useful for marketing purposes as well as a starting point for future projects. The occasional meeting room might also prove useful. And feel the pride when inviting someone into your professional, representative office!
You will appreciate the first class infrastructure (U6, S 45, S 1,2,3, ie. direct line to airport and central train station etc.) next to the Danube in Vienna. Our FIXDESKS offer includes all to ensure your business success! Choose between 4 desks: Istanbul Desk, Dubai Desk, New York Desk and Singapore Desk.
You would like to know there is a safe haven for you in Vienna? The FLEX SPACE is the right working island for you if you need temporary office space now and again. The FLEXDESK is (only) available as a block of 10 and additionally to the VIRTUAL OFFICE to guarantee privacy and quiet. Validation ends with expiration of the VIRTUAL OFFICE. It´s practical: Just tell us when you want to come so we pre-reserve your favorite desk and send you the virtual key. When you come, grab your favorite premium-coffee and start working at your desk.

Combos might be right for you if the basic options don´t suffice. Maybe you would like to have a desk a little more often, but not exactly every weekday. Just choose one (DAYDESK) or two days (DOUBLEDAY DESK) a week, like “every Monday and Friday” and save while making sure your office awaits.
FIXDESK, DAY DESK and VIRTUAL OFFICE include receiving and storing your mail and small parcels. You can either pick them up yourself or we can forward them to you for a small fee.
For a fee of monthly EUR 30,- we´ll regularly update you on important mail and forward your mail to your specified address (once a month, optional additional forwarding for € 5,- each). If you prefer us to sort through, open and scan or photograph your mail, we can do that for € 50,- a month (up to 20 scanned pages/month. Extra pages (if any) will be € 1/page . We will also accept certified mail, if you authorize us to do so (letter of authorization needed).
If you prefer working with an external monitor, you can book one for €10/day, or € 29/month. You can also bring your own, if you like.
DOUBLE-DAYDESK and FIXDESK users might want to rent a pedestal to lock things in between visits. We provide pedestals for a monthly charge of € 10.*
As FIXDESK, DAYDESK or VIRTUAL OFFICE Co-Worker you can book meeting rooms with us any time, subject to availability. Reservation fee for the meeting room is € 20 plus plus € 20 for each hour started, e.g. 4 hour meeting for 4 people € 100,- (start: entering office, end: locking the door. 1 coffee or tea per/2h is included!
For the use, maintenance and basic cleaning of mentioned areas there is a monthly charge of € 60,- This also includes hot drinks for your enjoyment. For your visitors drinks will be €2/drink only. The shower can be used for € 150,- /month (fair use).
*DISCOUNTED PRICES are meant for the first, quickly decided Co-Workers and are subject to short-term change.
*There are no surcharges or hidden fees with us! All services are subject to a one-time set-up fee of € 299,- only. These include setting Back links, the mailbox and door-plate Logo. There will also be an introduction to using the coffee machine, the comfort chairs and the electronic key, where appropriate.

Would you like a trial day before committing? We too. After all, we want you to fit in with all our Co-Workers and continue a professional, yet friend-like atmosphere. For € 100,- excl. VAT, incl. coffee all day, you can choose your favorite desk. And you won´t loose anything: If you decide for one of our packages by the end of the day, this amount will be deducted from the set-up fee.
